Natalie is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with experience in recruiting and connecting people and organizations; she also has a lifetime association with the club industry.

After graduating in 2018 with a concentration in teaching and a minor in medicine, health, and society, Natalie joined GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group). After multiple promotions, she ultimately led a team of eight recruiters, connecting individuals globally who possessed specialized expertise ranging from the trades, such as turf management and farming, to executive offices. Natalie and her team also managed the ongoing relationships between experts and clients to ensure expectations were successfully met.

Drawing on her education, experience, and association with the club industry, Natalie recognized a fragmented recruiting landscape across departments, associations, search firms, and networks where no comprehensive recruitment platform existed. Seeing an opportunity to bring value, Natalie founded Club Recruiter to be a trusted, centralized destination dedicated to the club industry for recruiters and applicants.
